Exploring the churches and palazzos of Montepulciano and Pienza
Montepulciano, "The Pearl of the Sixteenth Century", and Pienza, the model Italian Renaissance city, are two of a select group of Tuscan towns where the Renaissance reached its greatest heights. Art lovers will be able to broaden their knowledge of Italian art history with theoretical classes on specialist terminology combined with trips to the churches and historical palazzos.
The "Art Trails" mini-courses are open to students who have attained an intermediate knowledge of the Italian language. The weekly courses are individual courses and can be started on any Monday. The three-day courses are held on fixed dates and require a minimum of three participants.
