Montepulciano is the ideal place to practice your Italian while learning a lot about wine and while tasting a variety of wines. The course combines language classes held by an Italian teacher with theoretical classes about wine making and wine tasting held by Cristian, wine expert and the owner of Enoteca Dolce Vita in Montepulciano. The classes cover: territory and vine cultivation, wine production in Montepulciano, characteristics of local wines, and the quality standards for protecting and safe-guarding the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, as well as Chianti and Brunello wines, our illustrious neighbors. It is not recommended for complete beginners.
